TRYING ON A PAIR OF
MINI HOOP EARRINGS
I had the
good fortune of having been offered to try on a pair of mini hoop earrings by a
new online jewelry shop. I guess they saw my Instagram and blog and realized I
had enough clout to warrant a free product. In my defense, I do enjoy nice
jewelry. I've been collecting since I was in high school and have amassed quite
a substantial collection over the years. I also started posting pictures of my
beautiful pieces on social media and I also started a jewelry blog. For the
past couple of years, I've gained a significant following in both my blog and
my Instagram.
I received
my piece a couple of days back and my first impression is that the packaging is
quite remarkable. The box is minimalist, simple, and unassuming. The two mini
hoop earrings were in a small plastic bag sitting on top of square foam. The
piece itself is quite cute. I was sent the rose gold which is perfect since I'm
the kind of girl who likes wearing pink, red, and yellow; bright colors that
would really compliment my new rose gold earrings. I inspected the lock on the
earrings they're quite sturdy which means I wouldn't have to worry too much
about losing them in my day to day activities.
I
gave myself two weeks to wear earrings and see how I feel about it. The first
couple of days, I barely noticed the mini hoop earrings on my ear. They werelight and sturdy which means I didn't have to worry about it falling off. I
also realized that I underestimated how well therose gold fit with my style. I
found it very easy to pair the pieces with any of my existing outfits. I didn't
have to buy new ones.
